Yes, we are a legitimate site that has been featured on BET, Entrepreneur and Forbes magazine, as well as CNN to name a few.

2. May I purchase wholesale?

Some of our vendors do offer wholesale purchases, but only if you are purchasing in large quantities. Visit www.zuvaa.com and let us know which items you would like to purchase wholesale. We can connect you to the vendors.

3. Do you offer rush shipping?

Some items have an option for rush shipping. This information will be included on the listing.  Shipping information can be found in the tab marked “shipping” below each item on the left.

4. How can I sell as a vendor on Zuvaa?

Thank you for your interest in Zuvaa! You may submit an application to join our dynamic group of vendors here. Please take a look at our Vendor Terms and our Vendor Guidelines . If you meet the qualifications, someone from our team will contact you within 5-10 business days.

5. Do you have any physical stores?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores and are based strictly online at this time. Occasionally, we do pop up shows in various cities as well. More information on the shows can be accessed here: Zuvaa Pop Up Tour. Our headquarters is based in Atlanta, GA USA. We do have vendors from all over the world Nigeria, USA, South Africa, Canada, Netherlands, UK, Benin, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana etc.

8. Where are your items produced?

Our vendors are located worldwide, so items are manufactured in different parts of the world.

9. How can I make a return?

10. Do you ship to Canada, France…etc?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please check the shipping information included on the listing by clicking the tab “shipping” below the item on the left for detailed information on the processing and shipping time for the item.

11. Can I receive a catalog/magazine with your designs?

Unfortunately, we do not have any magazine or catalogs available at this time. You may view our wide range of products on the site.

12. Do you offer custom design/order by a vendor?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom services at this time.

13. Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! Many of our garments can be made in sizes 16+. You can access some of them here. Some garments are made to order. If you see something on the site that you like, you may be able to provide your specific measurements for it to be made to your size.

14. How can I be added to the mailing list to receive newsletters/updates?

You can register for the mailing list by entering your e-mail address in the pop up window which appears once you land on the website.

15. May I exchange or return an item I purchased at a Pop Up Event?

Items purchased at Pop Up Events are eligible for exchange or return by the final day of the event. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Once the final day of the event has concluded, items will no longer be accepted for exchange or return.

16. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards. To purchase one, please click on the tab “Gift Cards” on the website near the top.

17. Do you sell Maternity Clothes?

We do not have a specific category for Maternity wear but you may provide your measurements for some items to be made in your size. Please note that not all items can be altered. If you find something you like, let us know the name of the item and your measurements and we can connect you with the designer.

18. What is the largest size you carry?

Some of our garments are available in sizes up to a 4X.

19. Can I apply two coupon discounts on the same order?

No, both coupons cannot be applied towards the same order.

20. I would like to order an item but I do not know which size to choose?

Each item has a size chart guide just below it. You will need to know your bust, waist and hips measurements to get the perfect fit.
